Why can’t I find the address?

“The address will be located in your email confirmation after booking your studio rental time slot. The email will also have directions on how to get in. Please read everything accordingly.”

What are your rates?

“If you are a non-member, our rates are $50/Hour (2 Hour Minimum) without equipment and $75/hour (no minimum) with equipment.”

Why is there certain times blocked off when I try to book?

“If time is blocked off it would indicate that the studio is not available.”

How is parking?

“There is plenty of street parking right in front of the building. There is also a guest parking lot diagonal from the building as well.”

Can I arrive early before my booking?

“Earliest you can arrive is 10 minutes prior if no one is occupying the studio.”

Can I add additional hours after my booking?

“Yes, if there are no appointment bookings after your scheduled time."

I can’t find the address after I book.

“Please check your e-mail confirmation with full details of your booking. Also, check junk/spam e-mail.”

What studio equipment do you have?

“Studio equipment list is located on the bottom of the home page.”

Perks of being a studio member?

“You will have a personal access code for the smart lock. After using all the hours you will continue paying the discounted hourly rate you have purchased. (Example: $150 for 3 hours is $50/hour. Therefore, you can continue paying $50/hour). Access to all lighting equipment, backdrops, makeup room, and content room. An assistant can be requested during your time.”

Do you have an in-house photographer?

“Yes. If you book with Vera Melissa Photography you will be able to receive a studio discount on top of her photoshoot rate.”

Is there an in-house MUA?

“No. You would have to provide your own makeup artist or I can recommend someone.”

Is there a clothing rack and steamer?

Yes, and hangers.

Can I view the space?
